  • 20" round barrel 
  • Barrel address "WINCHESTER'S - REPEATING - ARMS. NEW HAVEN. CT. KING'S - IMPROVEMENT - PATENTED - MARCH 29.1865. OCTOBER 16. 1880."
  • Appears all original
  • Original rear adjustable ladder sight (graduated to 900 yds) and German nickel blade front sight
  • "EM" etched faintly on left side of receiver
  • #3 on lower tang
  • Brass butt plate with storage
  • Walnut stock in good overall condition with some handling marks
  • Check split on front lower forend approx 2 inches end of wood to barrel band
  • Areas of surface rust on mag tube and barrel, otherwise good condition
  • Bore has lands and grooves but is dark
  • Very rare and desirable Winchester 1866 SRC
  • Serial number 164106
