  • Production of this caliber was limited, and the Colt catalogues noted: ".22 WRF (using only the .22 WRF model 1890 rifle cartridge when barrel is stamped .22 WRF"," or ".22 WRF (when barrel is stamped .22 WRF)"
  • Early Colt logo with Rampant Colt and "C" on left rear of frame (only made 3 years 1910-1913)
  • Inside left grip has initials "E.W.G." on inside
  • 6" barrel
  • Royal & Blued finish
  • Rubber checkered Colt grips with Colt in oval and an elegant C around grip screw hole (grips in very good shape)
  • Nitre blued trigger and hammer
  • 6 shot fluted cylinder
  • Rounded contour cylinder latch
  • Stationary firing pin
  • The positive lock safety standard throughout production
  • Smooth finished trigger
  • 10 1/2" overall length
  • Rear sight windage adjustable, patridge front sight (non reflecting)
  • Made in 1910 (first year production)
  • These target revolvers exhibit a much hither proportion of superior condition in all respects than any other type of Colt firearm
  • Colt factory nomenclature identified the Model G as the target version produced through 1925
  • .22 ounce weight
  • Blued special finish on the G model
  • Serial number 728XX (stamped on crane and on revolver frame facing crane)
